Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that is practiced linking breath with fluid movement. Each posture/asana is linked together in a sequence which flows together. The breath is controlled and directs the timing and co-ordination of the movement in flow.

Outdoor yoga brings unexpected noises, bugs, & weather restrictions. Be mindful of things we can not control. 

1 on1 Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga Offers an energizing and relaxing way of exercising, through inversions and aerial movements that leave you feeling relaxed while experiencing a full body work out.

Available for all fitness levels, allowing you to achieve deep stretches in a fully supportive way. This unique yoga equipment is also perfect for handstands training, split training, hip, chest and shoulder opening, back-bending and lengthening tight hamstrings.

Aerial helps develop core strength, create balance and the suspended inversions create a deep feeling of relaxation. This type of yoga  addresses conditions related to spinal health, and provides numerous benefits related to the body’s functions and overall well-being.

All we have to do is start with an intro session to learn exactly what you need. I build your 5 week program, then we meet once a week for a 1 hour session, and the rest is magic! Priced at $600.00

Park Restorative Yin Yoga  Group Session

Restorative Yin is entirely made up of poses done close to the ground, like seated forward folds, hip openers, supine twists, and supported backbends. There is no flow, vinyasa, or standing postures. All poses are held for 3-5 minutes per side and are taught with a variety of props to support the weight of the body.

Whether you are looking to destress, become stronger, more flexible, get that arm balance/inversion, or/and tap deeper into your yoga journey, I am here to properly curate a program for you.
